Material Processing

At Twin City Fab we have the ability to process your job from start to finish.

Because of our strategic relationships with different business around the Twin Cities area we are able to get very competitive pricing on aluminum, steel and stainless steel as well are more exotic metals. Most material we order can be in house within a week, and most likely the next day.

Once we receive the material we can process it in one of our four large band saws. We have one bundle cutting saw that is used for mass producing common parts with straight cuts. Our other saws are capable compound angle cuts to meet other sawing needs.

Should your project require punching or machining we are very well equipped to meet your needs. We have three large CNC Machining Centers, a Whitney Duplicator, and two Iron Workers.

We are also capable of shearing 1/4" plate up to 10' long.

Once all of the pieces or your project are completed we can TIG, MIG, or robotically weld them together. We have number of state-of-the-art MIG and TIG welders.
